The pleasant 25m² living room/bedroom is a true haven of peace, bathed in calm and featuring French doors opening directly onto the countryside.

On the mezzanine, the kitchen and dining area are bathed in natural light thanks to large bay windows offering an unobstructed view of the garden. Upon request, an annex bedroom, "L’Oléandre", equipped with a queen-size bed and a bathroom, can be booked for an additional fee.

The gîte benefits from a private entrance. Arranged over several levels, and very bright, it enjoys all modern comforts to make you feel right at home. You will find:

• Very good air conditioning;
• A large king-size bed (180 cm) or two single beds (90 cm) (bed linen is provided and your bed will be made upon arrival);
• A sofa;
• A flat-screen TV with access to streaming platforms and numerous channels;
• A bathroom with a walk-in shower (towels provided);
• An equipped kitchen area with induction hob, microwave, small oven, Italian stovetop and coffee plunger, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, crockery…;
• Access to a private garden with a dining area and a plancha grill;
• A very good internet connection.
